Formed in 2006, in Los Angeles, California, Lobate Scarp was founded by Adam Sears (Vocals/Keyboard), Dustin Prince (Drums), Adrienne Woods (Cello) and Hoyt Binder (Guitar). The addition of bassist Andy Catt completed the lineup.
For the band's 2nd full length release, 2022's You Have It All, founding members Adam Sears. and Andy Catt remain joined by new member Peter Matuchniak (solo, Bomber Goggles, Kinetic Element).
