Traditionally, the band has expanded their sound on album recordings by including brass, strings, and other instruments to complement the soundscape. This time, they’ve chosen to strip away the extra layers and focus on the core – the seven members. The goal was to maximize the potential of this lineup, and the result is an album that is rawer and fiercer than anything they’ve done before – but still contains all the qualities Pymlico is known for.
